The Arctic- The Arctic tundra is found across Northern Alaska, Canada, and Siberia. This biome has long cold winters and cool short summers. Its located in the northern hemisphere. This is the coldest of all biomes. It can be divided into three different sections: the High Arctic Tundra, the Low Arctic Tundra and the Alpine Tundra. Its boundary is defined by either the northern limit of stands of trees on land.
The Alpine-
The alpine region are spread all over Earth. This biome can be found in places like the Rocky Mountains, the Sierra Mountains and thee Cascade Mountains which are located in North America. The Andes Mountains are also part of this biome and they are located in South America. The Himalayas are located in Asia. The Alps and Pyrenees are located in Europe and the Rift Mountains are located in Africa.
